Jon Pardi will perform during Whiskey Row’s grand opening on the Fourth of July.ĭierks is making his way up the country charts with his latest single, “Bourbon in Kentucky,” the first release from his forthcoming album, Riser, due this fall. Specialty dishes to include a fried pickle burger with cajun beer battered pickles, house made red onion jam topped with a blue cheese smothered bun. All menu items will be made from scratch in house, using organic meats and locally farmed produce. “I spend a lot of time in them, feel really comfortable there, so it’s about time I had my own, I think.”Īccording to the bar’s official website,, the venue will serve a familiar American Gastropub Fare cuisine with a modern twist. “Bars are something I know really well,” he adds. “My favorite is the table taps where you can have the waitress or waiter swipe your credit card on your table, and there’s three taps of beer at your table, so you can sit at your own table, pour your own drinks and watch your money go down on this little thing.” “It’s gonna have some cool features going on,” says Dierks. One of Dierks’ favorite features is every booth will have three different beer taps and a liquor tap. The bar features a 400 square foot stage that hangs from the ceiling directly above the bar, as well as iPhone and USB charging stations and a massive 24-foot TV located on the back wall. You should head to their website to find out more about the events they have coming up, their happy hour menu and their brunch menu.Dierks Bentley is preparing to open his bar, Whiskey Row, in the heart of Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona on Thursday (Fourth of July). Go for the music, go for the drinks, go for the food, go for the fun or go for it all! And now my foodie friends, I have given you a few more reasons to drop by the new Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row in Tempe. That’s right, I’m talking about their peach bread pudding with grilled peaches, cinnamon custard and caramel topped with a nice scoop of bourbon vanilla ice cream. Especially when it has to do with bread, peaches and ice cream. You might even hookup with that someone special and never want to go. We cannot and we must not ever forget about dessert. I love too many places in Arizona, but Dierks Bentleys Whiskey Row is smth special. You could pair it with a nice cold mason jar of Dierks’ Lemonade, Jack Daniel Whiskey, muddled raspberries, fresh lemon and sparkling water. I’m a big fan of that spicy sweet combo and they do it right. I also really liked the fried chicken breast with the white cheddar and green tomato cornmeal waffles drizzled with bacon honey and topped with pickled jalapenos. Let’s not forget a side of them crispy fries to boot and possibly a Dierks’ Old Fashioned to wash it all down. We can tell why with that hearty burger topped with whiskey bbq sauce, honey roasted jalapenos (loved these), crisp bacon and that melty cheddar, I wanted to ask for seconds. The whiskey burger is a favorite among all of you, at least that’s what we’re told. The turkey pretzel melt is full of oven roasted turkey breast, melted white cheddar, hand cut slaw and thousand island mustard. The menu has been shaken up a little bit and I think you’ll find some old favorites and some new. I know you know how great the music is there but I’m all about the eats. Did we mention that they have craft cocktails on tap now too! Speaking of drinks, let’s talk about the food. Another new addition to this location is the back-porch style playground, where you can play games like corn hole while keeping cool and enjoying some brews. We love that they kept the indoor/outdoor feel with the grass on the ceiling, the wood throughout and the camo printed seats. One of the bigger differences in locations is that the stage is located on the floor in the middle of all the action! Ryan Hibbert and Mike Troyan put a lot of heart and soul in this addition and we think you’ll love the new feel and the few tweaks they made. Many of you may be fans of their Scottsdale location, so you’ll love what the Riot Hospitality Group did with the Tempe location. Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row has opened a new location in Tempe and they had their first rocking act and opening party on Sept.
